How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, package the item(s) securely.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for your card provider to credit the amount back to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase:

  • Contact us with details about the item you’d like to exchange.
  • Once approved, return the item(s) following the process above.
  • We will dispatch the replacement once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
